- Employment - Lawn maintenance, building and grounds maintenance, janitorial services, on site production services.

Skilled Tasks: Provide program participants with a variety of functional vocational experiences designed to increase their overall level of competence.
Activities: provide community based activities designed to increase each persons community awareness and knowledge of available opportunities.
Prevocational Program
Provide Program Participants with a variety of activities designed to maximize their level of competence in the areas of Vocational training, personal & social development, community awareness & integration. We believe that with the appropriate support these skills can and will be maintained over time.

Employment needs of the individuals with disabilities.
Individuals with disabilities have the same employment needs of those without, if not more so. Employment gives an individual the sense of worth and accomplishment. Making ones own way in the world is paramount to all of us. The current unemployment rate in Michigan is 10%. The unemployment rate does not take into consideration unemployment among the developmentally disabled. According to Department of Labor statistics for 2005, unemployment among the developmentally disabled was 75%. Finding available work in-house is increasingly difficult due to global competition and the outsourcing of work beyond the United States borders. Finding work in the community also has its challenges, the biggest being the stereotyping and misconception of the abilities of the individuals with developmental disabilities. To overcome this barrier and improve the community awareness, inclusion in the community and in the general work force is crucial.
